My 16 year old has a "dropsy" problem and constantly drops her phone ! I bought her an IPHONE for Christmas ( 2009 ) and she recently dropped it on a tile floor and it landed face down and the screen shattered. We went to the Apple Store and was told it would cost $199 to replace the phone. I asked if they carried any kind of safety cover so this would not happen again. The salesman laughed and told me to go on and buy my Daughter an Otterbox. Never heard of it before he told me and we are now telling everyone we know about this wonderful, awesome, life saving product !! She has since dropped her phone dozens of times since we got this Otterbox and nothing has happened to the phone. It surrounds the entire phone and has a little lip around the screen to prevent it from being shattered in the event she drops it again face down ! I give this product five stars ( I would give it 100 stars if that was an option )

| So it's tough, water resistance, cheap, and the buttons are easily accessible. The only drawback is the air bubbles that you get in the screen. I've heard that this is solved by adding a transparent screen protector slip between the phone and case but I have yet to try it out. |
