| I was excited when I first got these, however when they are in my workout shoes they don't provide any relief from my heel spur. In fact, my foot hurts more now wearing them when I workout than when I didn't have them. I just bought some Dr. Scholl's custom fit inserts and love them. |

| I did some research on recommended insoles. These insoles were recommended in one of my health magazines and after checking some of the local stores I purchased them online. I trimmed them to fit my running shoes and now I rotate them to different shoes, especially my uncomfortable dress shoes. They are a firmer insole. If you are looking for something big and foamy do not get this but if your looking for firm LONG LASTING support for arches this is the product for you. |

They do hurt a bit when you first use them, but after a couple of uses I can hardly walk without them. I had a painful neuroma in the ball of my foot and these saved me from painful injections and surgery. I recommend you try them for any problem in the ball of your foot.
