I ordered these shorts - 3 pairs various colors. 24 days later the items arrived. ( please note their explicit 3-5 day shipping policy @ $7.00) I sent 3 e-mails. 1 to change the fabric type and I was told order was already processed and would be shipping soon. 2nd was re: "Where's my Stuff" and I never received a reply. 3rd was answered that package had been sent priority last week. 2 days later I received a notification from UPS that they had picked up the package and it would arrive in about 4 business days. After leaving my "seller feedback" re: the above Galaxy lied and said they had returned my e-mails and made me aware that the packaging was damaged in route and therefore returned and reprocessed. This never happened: The following is the communication between myself and Glaxy.

Hi. I hope I am replying in time. I ordered 3 pairs of BDU cargo 6 shorts in Khagi, green and blue (Ithink:) ). I am hoping to change these to the xs in RIP STOP. I did not initially request the rip stop and just caught my error. I am hoping to bump up to the 17.99$ shorts. If unable - I understand. If you still need my card info please let me know.

NO RESPONSE TO THIS ONE
Hi. I was once again checking on the status of my order. The order is now 1 week late past the "end" delivery date. My account has not been charged and my items have not arrived. I would like an order/confirmation number so that I can track this package myself. I received an e-mail on 13 Mar stating that my order could not be altered (I had requested a change to ripstop fabric) because the order had already been processed and would be shipping shortly. This is a little rediculous and not at all appreciated. Please let me know if I need to cancel this order through and order these items elsewhere.

I am sorry about the delay, I am unsure why the tracking # has been updated but you order has been shipped via USPS Priority Mail last week.

I know all of this is probably a waste of time but I cannot tolerate or standy by quietly with Liars. I guess this is just my redneck Alabama ways that don't much mesh well with them there City Slickers. Please save yourself the time and $$$$ and order elsewhere..... seriously.
I have been ordering from for YEARS and this is by far the worst experience I have had. BTW - THE SHORTS RUN SMALL. If you order from this company - order a size up. |
